| Like others commenting on this one, we were a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance on it. It had everything we wanted in a room: seperate bedroom, kitchenette, sleeper sofa and near our venue. The whirlpool tub was a nice bonus. The room was clean and having the kitchen saved us the trouble and expense of eating out. Our two little girls enjoyed the pool, which seemed to be heated and not cold as we expected for the month of March. There was even a cute rabbit in the courtyard who wasn't overly shy, as well as a small playground. The neighborhood was well kept residential.
The office keeps limited hours so it may be more convenient to arrive for check-in before 5 PM. The lady at the counter was friendly. Don't be put off by tattoos and gold teeth. |

| The hotel was clean it is 20 minutes away from international drive. It is located in a residental area.I thought it was great from the price but I wanted to stay close to international drive. |

| I was so pleased with my room and my stay here. I was not thrilled about the surrounding neighborhood but the hotel was lovely. I plan on going back to Orlando in July for a family reunion and this is where I'm staying. #a very satisfied customer:) |

| I was a bit apprehensive at first. I am a Florida resident and my GPS brought me down Orange Blossom Trail. Thirty years ago it was a lovely neighborhood, but is now a bit run down and seedy, and no one in their right mind would venture out alone or with companions.
Not to fear. The hotel/condo is off the beaten path and across the street from several large condo/apartment developments. Although the complex is a bit older, the one bedroom, two bath unit was very roomy. There is a full kitchen, a dining table and four chairs, a king size sleeper sofa and another chair. There is a toilet and shower located adjacent to the living area.
The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and there was a large whirlpool bath...no shower. If you need to attend to business in the downtown area, especially if you have to be there for multiple days, this might be the place you are looking for. You cannot beat the price! |

| The hotel was easy to pass because the name of the hotel is not the name that is on the sign. The hotel was older but clean and comfortable. We had a great experience. It was easy to get to resturants and convient stores. Im glad that we choose this hotel and would definitly stay there again. |

| The hotel was clean and spacious, I would stay there again. The only problem I had was that it was stated that I would have a balcony and there aren't any balconies, it was in a good area. Overall I did enjoy my stay. |

| I was not sure what I was going to walk in to being that I did not pay that much for what the hotel had to offer, but I was very impressed by the room and all that cam with it. It was close to all the places we went during our stay.I would deffinetly stay there again and recomend to soneone else. |

| This was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at. We checked in at 6 p.m. on a Saturday and had to call someone to let us into the safe (which ANYONE has access to). What kind of hotel does that? Not only was I scared to walk to my car I was scared that someone else had the key to my room. I WILL NEVER stay there again. |
