I recently had to travel to Orlando for a conference at the Orange Co Convention Center so wanted something close enough to walk each day. This is an easy 10 minute walk. The staff was some of the most friendly I've ever encountered staying at a hotel. The room was clean, the common areas were very clean and the eating area was clean and well attended.  Another member of our party stayed at a competitors hotel to save a bit of money. After one night she cancelled her reservation and moved to the Springhill Suites where the staff made sure her room was right next to ours. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure as a good value and comfortable accommodations. I honestly can't think of anything negative ... except our air unit didn't work the first night but we were offered another room or repair first thing in the morning. We opted to stay in the room and they promptly fixed it when they said they would. I will stay here again!

The hotel and room was very nice, and there would be plenty of space for a family traveling with children. It wasn't too noisy, and the beds are away from the hallway. The vanity is separate from the shower and tub, and our room with 2 queen beds also had a sofabed, sink, microwave, and refrigerator as well as a desk. It is divided into a "living" area  and a bedroom, and each has a TV. The wireless was a bit flaky - we were towards the back of the building on the 3rd floor. I was able to plug in my laptop using a wire and it was fine but tablet/phone/ipod users might be stuck. You had to enter a username and password each time, but internet was free. Free breakfast was crowded but well stocked - the waffle station is separate so don't miss it. Overall very pleased and would stay there again.

We stayed in 2 hotels in Orlando. this one you have to drive everywhere then pay to park. pool was warm and good for a swim room was comfy but window doesn't open. air con is noisy breakfast was terrible as was all dried up. apples were however fresh its called Springhill by Marriott convention but isn't close though i am from UK so maybe is close if  you are US price was ok so may stay again

The hotel is a bit dated, in that it was clearly built a while ago, but they've obviously spent time trying to spruce it up and modernize it a bit. Having a "living" space in addition to the bedroom was nice, but there is only a half wall separating the areas. My wife and I were able to hang out, drink a little wine, and read while the kids went to  sleep, but watching TV wasn't really possible since there wasn't a door to separate the spaces. No big deal, but just a heads up for those thinking they might be getting a separate space. Overall, the front desk was great, quick check in and nice service throughout. The lobby was nicely appointed, very clean. The room was just fine, nice and clean (like I said, you can tell it's dated but they're trying to update it). The beds were very comfortable with nice, crisp, clean sheets. We slept well and the hotel, though, was very quiet. No real complaints there. Breakfast was very good, even with a lot of people, it was easy to get food and there was a good variety (even eggs and sausage). Two waffle stations was nice as well, and the attendants kept everything nicely stocked and were very courteous and helpful. The location is great, just a few minutes from I-4, close to restaurants and a Publix. Only took us about 15 minutes in the morning to drive from the hotel to the parking lot of Disney's Hollywood Studios. That was nice. Overall, I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, las habitaciones son grandes y comodas, todo lindo y limpio, muy buena ubicacion, riquisimo desayuno, comodo estacionamiento. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Good value overall, free wifi and parking and breakfast (good choices). No complaints at all
