Only stayed one night. Check in at this hotel is at 4pm pretty late but we did get in at 3:30. Staff was generally friendly and accomodating. Was given wrong room type at first but was easily remedied. Vending machines on 15,14,13,12 (only ones I tried, I thought that was enough) were not working. Room was sufficient bed was comfortable, hair dryer  didn't work. Didn't expect greatness and didn't get it so all is good. Parking at hotel fee was kind of a rip off. I might look to another hotel next time but if I had to stay here I could do it again.

The hotel is nice and in a good area. I was mainly walking to all the downtown locations I wanted to visit, but if you are not a fan of walks you can take a hotel's complimentary shuttle that will take you and pick you up to and from any spot that is within the 3 miles of the hotel. That might involve some waiting, but it is for free. The only thing  I did not like is that the walls between the rooms are very thin and one can basically hear pretty much anything coming from the room next door. So not much privacy. I don't know though if that is the case with all or even most of the rooms, but was the case with mine (King Junior Suite). I have asked to change the room, but unfortunately all was booked out due to some basketball thing going on in the neighborhood (or so I was told).

even though we only stayed one night. this hotel was amazing from the beautiful room....nice size bathroom/bath tub and the best part was the bed!!!!! best hotel bed i've slept in!!!!!!

If you choose to stay here, do your best not to pay full price, because you will be disappointed. The location of the hotel is good as it's close to attractions.... but, the carpets need to be cleaned, the hotel could use some renovations and the train passing by at 3 am in full whistle was a surprise. The staff is friendly and efficient though.

During Champs Bowl and Capital One Bowl games the hotel staff was pleasant and nice. They took care of us well. The hotel is only a mile or two from downtown and the citrus bowl but that's nothing a $8 cab ride wouldn't fix.

Nice hotel, overall satisfied with the quality of the hotel. Not as close to bars downtown as it appeared to be however still very convenient. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

My hotel stay was a good experience. I asked for a refrigerator and one was brought up promptly. The room was comfortable and everything was in working order. My only complaint would be the train tracks running nearby. The train horn noise at night did not lend itself to a good night's sleep. Maybe it was only on my side of the hotel but after a few  days it became easier to live with. Overall, the location was where I needed to be to access the appointments I was in town for. I could even walk back to the hotel afterwards.

When we pulled up I thought there was some sort of outdoor flea market going on only to discover it was an Occupy Orlando protest camped in front of the hotel. There was no baggage assistance checking in or out. Parking was $15/night and the parking deck did not have building access from each level. You had to come all the way down to the ground level  and go in the hotel entrance and then go back up to your room's floor! The rooms were clean but all of the furniture, drapes, and carpeting were stained and scratched. The thermostat settings did not match the room temperature. Not what I expected for a Junior Suite. The neighbor location was convenient to downton Orlando but the busy freight train noise was a nightmare when trying to sleep in. The Jacuzzi spa was drained so we didnt get a chance to enjoy that amenity either. On a good note, the front desk, maid and in-room dining staff were attentive to all needs. The complimentary Internet access was a plus as well.

The hotel was in great location in Orlando Fl. I was there for the Classic football game, and shopping. I was only 3 miles from the game and the fashion square mall. The hotel room are rated 5 stars in my opinion. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes i would stay at doubletree hilton again.
