Recent Sheraton Safari Lake Review: "The hotel was very nice and most accommodating. Upon check-in we found our room was set up for handicapped access, perhaps I booked it by mistake. But it wasn't a good arrangement for us so I requested a room change. It was quickly done for us the next day with transfer of our bags while we were away sightseeing.
The pool was excellent for children especially due to the great waterslide. One suggestion would be that they keep the Tiki bar open into the evening by the pool. I will bet that many parents would have taken advantage of a frozen cocktail later on in the evening.
Very nice hotel, would definitely reccommend and stay again."

The hotel features an impressive water complex where a 79-foot python-shaped slide begins at the top of a rock formation. Sliders fall through the python's tunnel-like body and splash down beneath its huge head. | Interesting theme hotel.Good price rooms.Clean.
I did not like at all the ''breakfast not included'' concept. when I pay my money to stay in a big enough hotel then I feel nice not paying any more to have breakfast.
I enjoyed using the gym and the pool.
I felt bad and I felt that I was fooled when I paid 80 dollars for a ticket to seaworld.I explained to the clerk in the ticket office in the hotel that I only had 1 day available to visit the seaworld but she did not advise me to buy the twillight ticket which would cost me half the money.
I did not expect that she wouldn't care to help me really. |

| I liked everything in the hotel, but the cleaning in my room. Because they only did the beds and put new towels. Never washed the bathtub or the toilet. |

| Hotel is beautiful. Kids loved it. Pool alot of fun with the slide for the kids. Only thing was rug in room needed cleaning.
also not sure why the bar at the pool wasn't open in the evenings. We would have enjoyed a snack and drink while relaxing at the pool after the long days. |

| The Sheraton Safari hotel lake buena vista was very nice. The room was great, nice pool, jacuzzi and very close to the theme parks (5-15min depending on which park) We really like it and had a great time. The only complaint I have is that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room (which was available at cheaper hotels but they were not as close to the parks) and when I asked about it they said they could rent me one for $10 a day. I thought this was ridiculous. Also, the wireless internet had to be payed for or you could go use a ancient computer in the lobby gift shop which had a sign saying first 1/2 hour free and then $5 for every 1/2 hour after or something like that. For such a nice hotel you wouldn't think they would be so stingy on the amenities. Overall a very nice place to stay. |

| When I arrived at the hotel early in hopes to upgrade my room I was met with the most friendly and accomidating staff I have ever encountered.Durring my stay,simple calls to room service for extra towells or garbage bags where delivered no more then ten minutes after the request.In the morning the fresh coffee pots I asked for where sent on time and pipping hot just the way I love it.Also at the end of my stay when I decided to stay one more night I was quickly moved to another room with out any hassles.I will definetly visit this hotel again. |
