| Room was fine and the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Two new sinks and vanity. The renovation was poorly designed. Large one room bathroom. Sink area could have been separate from shower and toilet, but there was no door. There was room for a door but one was not put in. There were no hooks in the shower for towels. There was no fan. Showerhead was dated and weak flow. Coffee maker was a one cup only. Lobby had no other coffee except for restaurant. |

Nice hotel with shuttles running every 30 minutes to the airport (~1.5 miles away.
We had a very nice room that had a nice, large bathroom.
Friendly staff.
Dislikes:
Tried to break a 50-dollar bill into smaller bills at the front desk and they could(/would) not do it. Even most fleabags can do this. Sheesh!!
Only one free public PC to use and this was "...only to be used for airline check-in." They had some more workstations in their "Business Center", but they wanted $.10/minute to use them. We walked 5 minutes to another Marriott and used theirs. Sheesh!! (again)
Their staff promised to find a shared-shuttle to Cape Canaveral (about 45 miles away). We inquired every 4-5 hours as to their progress. They were always "working on it." After waiting over a day, we finally gave up on them and rented a car for the CC trip. Thanks for nothing....
Food was mediocre. Good bartenders, though! |

| The Renaissance is a very nice hotel. We were there for 4 nights. Don't let the outside design fool you, because it looks pretty bad from a distance. Both the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. It's a great convenience to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. The staff was very professional and accomodating. We would stay there again if we were in the Orlando area. |

| I was quite surprised with this hotel. From the outside you would never think that that inside was a beautiful and well maintained as it was. The lobby is gorgeous and the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. |

| I stayed at this Hotel on 12/20 and overall the Hotel was nice and the room was clean and well appointed. I've stayed at Hotels in Major cities where I had to pay for parking but usually it was because the Hotel didn't own the parking garage. Here, you paid $8.00 for parking in their own lot. My guess is because they installed a gate to keep out all the car thieves and pass that on to their guests. My gripe with the Hotel was that in addition to paying $9.95 a day for the internet (again not unusual but disappointing)it wouldn't let me log on once I registered. When I call the front desk they told me that the service is outsourced and in order to help me I had to speak with this company.After waiting on hold for too long the night manager offered to let me use the service down behind the counter in the Lobby! I thought he was kidding. When I told him that wouldn't do he offered to give me time in the Business center which I accepted. Nothing worse than after a long tiring day to be inconvenienced like that was unacceptable. Otherwise this was a well decorated clean Hotel. |
