| The hotel is nice, the staff professional and friendly but this hotel reminded me that you need to investigate and check the room BEOFRE you unpack. The bathroom is really small for a Radisson. The room was hot! The AC was not working well and it took hours to cool the room down. The select comfort bed had a sag to the middle so bad that it felt like sleeping on the side of an incline. Woke up every hour on the hour and finally gave up trying to sleep at 4:00 A.M. got up, showered and got dressed to go to my conference which was not until 9:00 A.M.
I have had good stays at Radisson in the past but this one was a real disappointment. Most uncomfortable bed and had to kick off covers due to hot room. AC blew a very weak stream of air. I removed the filters and they were clogged! I cleaned them and the room finally started to cool down and a stronger stream of air came through. In this case I would have had a better night's sleep in my car! |

| It was close to my sister's college dorm, surrounded by great restaurants, beautiful interior, awesome hotel room and the customer service clerks were awesome. Couldn't have stayed at a better hotel :) |

| I had to attend a conference at a church on Broad street. This hotel wasn't too far out of the way. Everything was fine with the exception of two things. When we exited the elevator on the 5th floor, we were hit with a 80 degree hallway and proceeded to our room. Once in the room, the door to the bathroom would not shut completely. I don't know if it was swollen due the the heat or just didn't fit. But we couldn't shut it completely. |

| close to the UCF arena...so if you are traveling to see a concert, this hotel is perfect. My only complaint was that our hair dryer was not working and the conditioner did a bad job at conditioning. |

| First time I ever went into a hotel and had to wait like 30 mins or more before they had a room for us. The employee at the front desk was just no help. She told me that they didn't have a room so I stood there waiting for an answer while she is fiddling with some paper behind the desk.. Finally after the 30 or more minutes I went back up to her after waiting in the lobby. She goes there was "a room: available now" So she proceeded to give us a room. Once we got to our floor, the doors to several of the rooms on that floor was opened and guess what- they were all cleaned. That just made me feel like I was lied to. I do know that management do care about their customers since one did email me to talk to me about the incident because of this I would go back to this hotel. |

| real nice, close to UCF and access to interstates to get to Disney and Universal. Only complaint is room A/C was set to 60 degrees and took a long time to warm the room up to a comfortable temperature. |
