Recent Quality Inn Mall Review: "I did some reviews looking for peoples comments on hotels and this one had the least amount of issues with cleanliness. So I booked and hoped for the best. The hotel was easy to find, located near every store and fast food place imaginable. I checked in and the front desk person was very friendly & pleasant giving me info on where to park and where my room was. I got to my room and went in. It looked very clean and smelled great. (on a side note when I booked the only room choices left were smoking rooms, that doesnt bother me really so I decided to give it a go so the fact that the room smelled smoke free was impressive to me) I always check the best and bathroom floors first because that kind of thing grosses me out. Well the beds and bathroom were immaculate. Like beyond clean, like Disney Delux Resorts clean. IMPRESSED. The carpeting appeared clean and fresh as well. I even walked on it in bare feet and my feet stayed clean. You get free internet access to. The only thing I would say is if you cannot abide a firm mattress you may have issue with the beds. That doesnt bother me at all but the bed was definately on the firm side. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Have already told 3 people about it and will continue. Check out was just as pleasant at the front dest also."

| This hotel was affordable and very clean. It was located near all the main downtown Orlando attractions such as Universal Studios, City Walk, Orlando Convention Center and the Florida Mall. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone that needed an affordable room and a clean place to stay also! |

| Only 2 issues. The first was that the shower head was terrible. The second was that the breakfast was like putting a small bowl of food in front of hungry dogs, the food was gone very quickly and we were not about to fight over food. |

| Hotel is very good for the money. Person at the counter when I first checked in was not to freindly. A bit to robotic and cold. This hotel should have more freindly and amicable people greeting there guest.They have to be trained to make the guest feel welcomed.They have to learn that they need us and not the other way around! There is a lot of competition out there,so try to earn our business. |

| If you are looking for a hotel with a great rate that is clean, this is your hotel. Bed was comfortable. Just a standard hotel room. Glad I am not a huge breakfast person because I would of been disappointed. |

| Needed a place to stay for one night because we arrived early for our Disney vacation. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was a bit grumpy - we had a couple questions about the area and he seemed put out. I will state again that the accommodates were more than I expected and I am a bit picky. I would recommend this hotel. |

| the hotel was reasonable, clean, and convienant.
the breakfast was awesome, the pool was beautiful.
iy was obviously an older hotel and some rooms were remodeled and upgraded whileothers werent. the lack of elevator and carrying bags up one flight was not ideal but overall value was there and would stay aagain if needs arose. |
