| We had a blast and got a last minute deal on this hotel while staying there for my son's karate tournament at the convention center. Service was outstanding! Peanut butter banana french toast in the diner was DELICIOUS! |

| This hotel is great. The staff are top notch. Great customer service. The new tower is fantastic. They just built it and the rooms are beautiful. Not sure what the old tower looks like but I recommend asking for the new tower. The B-Line diner is a fun option in a 4 star hotel. Food is great! We had a few meals there. Service in the morning was phenomenal. Evening service and lunch service was slow. The pool is great in all ways except that they allow smoking in the pool area which totally grossed us out. The pool is designed for children with walk in areas in many parts and it never gets over 4 feet anywhere. We were playing with our daughter in the pool and there were tons of people smoking. We brought this up to the manager and they did say they would consider our input. We really hope they eliminate smoking from the pool area entirely. There is a small pool for those under 3-4 that is fenced in, but it is just as exposed to the smoke as any other area of the pool. Our daughter got to be the Duck Master for the day and The Duck Master Donald was AMAZING! We highly recommend inquiring with the concierge if you have small children about the opportunity to be the Honorary Duck Master for the day! It was such a special experience. |

| Es una de las mejores opciones hoteleras (con clase!) en Orlando, tanto para convenciones, compras, descanso o visita diaria a los parques. Muy buena relación costo / beneficio. Excelente área de ubicación, fácil acceso, tanto por su vecindario, como por la cercanía a parques y principales malls (10 a 15 minutos en auto). A solo 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional MCO. Hotel moderno, higiénico, con todos los servicios para complacer al turista más exigente. Gimnasio espectacular!. Parqueadero muy cómodo que se paga por noche. Elevadores múltiples y rápidos. Piscinas y jacuzzis aseados. Muchos otros servcios de alta calidad. El personal es muy amable en todas las áreas. Lamentablemente pocas personas del staff hablan español y tiene items fijos diarios que cobran adicional en el momento del check out, a pesar de haber hecho el pago con tarjeta de crédito meses atrás. La falla está en que al llegar no te lo explican y firmas (después de un viaje largo y cansado). Este item (si es que es obligatorio), debería incluirse desde un comienzo ya que uno viaja pensando que el pago del hospedaje ya estaba hecho en su totalidad (El item adicional inluye derecho a internet inhalámbrico, agua en la habitación, café y gym). Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar para volver. |

| Stayed at the Peabody roughly 10 times in the past 2 years. Always recommend. If you are trying to decide between the other hotels on the strip that are rated the same category and the Peabody, you need to know that there is no comparison. |
