Recent Orlando World Marriott Review: "Although the World Marriot is very well maintained for a hotel that has been around,there is a little more to be desired. There is nothing they can do about the low ceilings in the rooms that makes you feel somewhat closed in, however, the renovation made in 2005 makes up for it. I didn't like the fact that I was facing a roof top, overlooking a parking lot. The balcony did no justice, when you are opening the sliders to nothing but a loud a/c sound (I believe I was right on top of a main unit) Vacation is not a vacation when your view reminds you of a factory to say the least, I would have preferred to have a view of the lobby at a minimum. The breakfast that was included was well worth it. It was well maintained, the cooks, and waiters were very friendly and there was a good variety to pick from. side from the view, low ceilings, I would recommend this hotel."
