Recent Monumental Movieland Hotel Review: "I was very impressed with the staff. You can not prevent problems, but it is more important how they are handled.We got back to our hotel at 9:30pm to find we had no hot water in the shower and the tub did not drain. Within 10 min. the maintance man was their. In 5 min. he realized he could not fix it and was on his way to get us a new room. He check the room to make sure it was all in working order and we were moved down the hall less than 30 min later. They offered to carry our bags and were very polite and apologetic. WOW! great service. keep it up. When we come to this area(which we do frequently) this is were we will stay. Also,the rooms were clean and spacious.The breakfast buffet in the adjacent resturant was wonderful."
