| O quarto nao é muito limpo, e falta manutenção no hotel. Fiquei assustada ao cobrarem além do que paguei pelo hotéis.com mais uma taxa diária, um absurdo! Mas o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é muito bom. |

| Hotel was very close to OCCC for our sports event. Safe area. clean rooms. very comfortable for the price. will stay again. Pool was great. |

| It was conveniently located and for the low rate it was a good deal. It is an older property in need of repairs, but the rooms were large and very clean, and the staff was friendly. NOTE: You pay extra for internet unless you use the desktop computers in the lobby. |

| I stayed at the 2 queens 1 sofa bed and the room is pretty large, the room is very clean and didnt have any problem. it would have been perfect if there is a free wifi, there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, the tv is not flat screen, this is not a complaint just an FYI i would recommend this hotel, we didnt try the buffet |

| I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE ON THE MOBILE WEBSITE FOR 55% OFF. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE RUN DOWN. THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN, THE BATHTUB WAS CLOG UP AND A LIGHT FIXTURE WOULD NOT TURN ON. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY CAME AND FIX ALL THE ISSUES. IS ON UNIVERAL BLVD SO IT WAS CLOSE TO THE CONVENTION CENTER AS I WANT IT FOR THE TILE SHOW, IS CLOSE TO ALL RESTAURANTS AND ATRACTIONS. I GOT MY MONEY WORTH... |
