| This hotel, the La Quinta Inn and Suites is the ideal location for visiting the UCF campus, especially if you have a student in college at UCF. It is ideally located for a campus visit and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and would recommend it to others. |

| Pros: great location for UCF visits, nice neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, great place for walking. Pet friendly and location makes it easy for dog owners.
Cons- lack of insulated doors make the hallway traffic noisy. It might be better if your room is not on the first floor. |

| Room was spacious and clean, had a refridgerator, and microwave, free wi-fi, very convenient location to UCF and many corporations. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by. |

| Excellent customer service. Very clean. Typical loud a/c, but overall very nice. Great breakfast. 12 noon checkout. |

| I was a little apprehensive because the price was pretty low but this little place was REALLY nice. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable, clean sheets and room. The only thing that was a slight problem was the fact that they didn't have a microwave. I used the tiny one they had downstairs in the lobby but it was inconvenient to warm up 3 dinners in it at once. Other than that I would consider staying their again without a second though. |

| Excellent location and well-maintained facility. Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Only minor issue was that sound insulation between floors seemed weaker than I would have expected. Early morning toilet flushes and running water from rooms above were very audible. |
