| We had a very busy 3 day stay which did not allow us much time in our room, but while we were there it was nice. The staff was outstanding. Our room was clean, quiet and the temperature, once adjusted, stayed constant. I dinged the comfort because the bed could have been firmer (sheets/towels/blankets very good) and the towels were a thin and scratchy. Good shower though. I dinged the condition because of the leaky sink faucet which appeared to have needed repair for some time. Loved the frig and microwave. Would have liked a better tasting in-room coffee. |

| Great hotel if you need to be located near S. Kirkman Rd. The entire experience was pleasant. I just wish they had a jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was very good the following morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. |

| The hotel is not a luxury hotel but is in a good location,close to a lot of places within walking distance and it seem very safe,also close to the main highways can't get lost getting there. |

| C'est le deuxième Quinta de notre séjour. Les deux ont été de très bonne qualité. Chambre, service, propreté et petit dej : très bien.
Navette matin et soir pour les principaux parcs.
Seul bémol, pas de navette pour l'aéroport. |

| Muy bien ubicado respecto de parques de Universal, centros comerciales y locales de comida. Habitación para 4 personas de buen tamaño y bien habilitada. |

| Hotel was conveniently located to major tourist sites, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good but very crowded at certain times. |

| Our stay here was brief, but excellent. We had booked a double room, but the staff offered a free upgrade to a king size bed and the room was great. Clean, spacious, had a minikitchen, and nice couch. The one problem was that while the hotel offers shuttles to the parks, they are only 1 trip to/from Universal, which is where we went. We ended up driving. This is not something that would keep me from recommending this hotel. I'll look for it again on another trip to Orlando. |

| This hotel was the best we've stayed in for the price and location. Very friendly staff, clean, and <5 min drive from Universal parks. I would stay here again. |
