| We were not certain about booking this hotel, but due to the lack of availability, this hotel seemed to be the best option out there for what we were willing to pay.
This hotel is definitely worth the price we paid. It is rated as one and a half stars, however we were very impressed with the service we got and the condition of the room. It was very clean and comfortable and the front desk manager went out of her way to help us when we needed it.
Granted the hotel is not in a touristy location, but it was convenient.
The breakfast could use a few more options, but for what this hotel was rated and what we paid, it was adequate (packaged bakery items).
I chatted with the manager as we checked out, and it seems that it is under new management since December, so if you were disappointed before, you should give it a second chance. |

| At the time, the least expensive getaway - Had some issues with getting extra towels and pillows. Had issues with the TV - Old Tube that didn't always want to work properly. It liked the color red. They stated they could not change the TV because it was the weekend and maintence was not in. The AC did work Excellently - Which if you know florida in June/July/August is of the utmost importance.
So - Good value for the money. Good AC, comfortable Bed, Microwave and Fridge. |

| Hotel was OK overall. However my room was not serviced on Tuesday 22 March. Also I found that my
magnetic door card beacme deactivated and therefore not usable for each of the three nights that I stayed at the hotel. This deactivation occurred despite the fact that my room card was never in any
close proximity to any debit card, credit card or any other magnetic card of any kind. Neighborhood was somewhat seedy. While I did not experience any major problems I would urge any future guest to be very careful as the overall neighborhood is sub-standard. |

| Due to the inexpensive price of hotel, there are a variety of people there at the hotel. I was not threatened, but a woman tried to talk to me/you see people hanging around the hotel. The hotel is next to major road/part of it is near low-income status neighborhood.
The first room I was in, I saw a cochroach. The room smelled so bad that I wanted to vomit. They put me in a smoking room. Then I complained, and then they placed me to a better, much, room a day later. |

| There have been some improvements since I stayed in this hotel last year, there was a new coat of paint on the walls, there are fewer roaches and the linen was in good condition; however the evening front desk clerk needs to be much more pleasant. |

| the neighborhood around the hotel was not the best. we got there around 11pm, my husband checked the family into the hotel while we stayed locked into the car. i am used to neighborhoods like this but i don't think that many other people would be comfortable there. the bathroom light wouldn't work so you had to feel around to find everything. definately needs improvement, but fine if only staying one night. |

| The hotel was rated 2 star u get what u pay for. The room was clean but needed some inprovment like the bathroom was old and so was the room, not dirty but old. Also room service was very poor had to ask more then 2 times for towels although the front desk was very helpful. Right next door to a 24 hour McDonalds. |
