Recent International Palms Conference Review: "Being a mom of three, I always think about the kids. We first arrived and immediately got checked in at the front desk host who was very nice. Unfortunately, they sent me to a smoking room which I did not ask for, I booked a Non-Smoking. Guess whatr! I called the front desk and they sent an attendant up- not even five minutes with another room key! The room was wonderful and clean. Had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which I did not have to request. Not only that, it is literally only 3 minutes away from Universal! The only thing that wasn't as great were the comforters. They were very rough, but we just covered up with the ones that are under. Overall, I would reccommend to all of you, especially w/ kids. I loved it!"

| This hotel was in a great location on I-Drive. Close to lots of parks and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel amenities were great (pool, restraunt, etc). My only complaints all focus on the bathroom. The toilets are easily clogged and the showers are horrible. It takes 10 minutes of fiddling with the hot and cold knobs before a suitable temperature can be had and even then the temperature will fluctuate from burning hot to freezing cold. Other than that it wasn't bad and I enjoyed my stay. |

| This is in a great location, and rates are great! Had a small issue in the first room we were in with the A/C however they promptly resolved the issue and moved us to another room. Had a terrific stay. |

| This hotel needs to be remodeled. The pictures look like it was build in the 90's when it's actually probabley build in the 70's. The linens were clean and the rooms were not bad. The bathrooms needs updating and the pool appeared dirty. This hotel was cheap and close to Universal. |

| Recently stayed there for a trip to Universal Studios and was not the best hotel but not the worst as well. When we first arrived in the room, it was musty but we cranked the a/c up and the smell disappeared. For the price, it was good and it was very close to the amusement parks which was nice.
The swimming pool and the chairs around the pool could have been kept a little cleaner as the chairs definitely looked like they were old. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying fo ra short time. |
