Recent Imperial Swan Review: "Arrived at the hotel, lobby under renovation, no problem with that. Got to room, IT should have been under renovation! Hallway and room smelled "musty". Mosquitos in room along with "geico" friend (I don't think he was there selling insurance.) No washcloths. Called front desk, waited on hold for 4 mins. was told "okay". Never saw washcloths. No hot water to shower with. Comforter stained. Would not stay OR recommend to anyone."
