Recent Hyatt Regency International Review: "We had an early flight leaving out of Orlando and didn't want to drive to the airport at the crack of dawn to catch the flight. So we opted to arrive the night before and stay at the Hyatt. It's pricey, but the service is excellent. We had a lot of luggage. They arranged to have someone arrive at our room prior to the flight and take all of the luggage to the airline's baggage check-in - no charge! Of course we tipped him very well. They are a very service-oriented hotel. The rooms are really nice and overlook the airport terminal. We were there at Christmas and had a nice view of one of their large Christmas trees. I highly recommend this hotel."

| The amenities are wonderful. Located in the airport, so extremely convenient for early morning or late night arrivals and departures. The balconies were great for people watching, as well as checking the crowd conditions at the terminals!!
The only caveat was the service at McCoy's. The waitress was not busy, but apparently thought she was, the service was terrible! I believe this is the first time in history that I have actually considered not leaving a tip, and definitely the first time leaving less than 20%...the restaurant was fine, so I would blame management and the waitress completely for this. |

| If you need a convenient hotel stay at the Orlando Airport this Hyatt is great. Excellent rooms, convenient pool, great food (though a bit pricey). Go one floor down and check in. My highest recommendation and I spend over 100 days on the road a year. |

| Very helpful staff. McCoy's is a fun place to eat - great food and atmosphere. Convenient parking - either valet or in parking garage. Nice outdoor pool area. I expected a very noisy hotel since it's in the middle of the airport, but was very pleasantly surpised at how quite my room was. |

| Our flight was delayed by 3 hours from Newark. Upon arrival (at midnight), we were able to pick up our luggage then go upstairs to our hotel room without the hassle of further transfers.
The next day, the hotel concierge took our luggage down to the Magical Express for our transfer to a Disney hotel - for a (minimum) fee of $10. That saved us having to hassle with luggage again.
All in, the hotel was efficient and comfortable but not beyond expectations. |

| Everything was great except for the fact that there was a frequent rattling or clanking noise during the night. This seemed to come from just outside the window but the reception staff did not seem to have any idea what it was or how to stop it. When you have been traveling all day the last thing you need is a disturbed nights sleep. |
