Recent Hyatt Place Convention Review: "It was a little confusing to get from the street to the hotel because it's hidden behind. The decor was nice and simple. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We did the self-check in, we got the first floor, but our kids liked to have a higher floor as always so we went to the front dest. Luckily, there was no line, we got the fifth floor. We got to the room and opened, the fume from cleaning products was a little strong eventhough it had a nice scent, we had to open the door for a while. I think the windows were sealed glass, cannot be open. The room was decent, had what we need, beds were just OK. The continental breakfast was reasonable with bagels, toasts and fruits, not fancy...no egg, no sausage nor bacon, those were extra charges. The hotel overall is nice, but no WOW factors."

| We have stayed here two times, and both times the staff was very friendly, check out and check in were quick and painless, and the room was comfortable and clean. It is a great deal for the rate, I would expect this hotel to cost more money. |

| Perfect place to stay if you're gonna be in the area. It's exactly what we needed during this trip to Sea World as far as distance and comfort is concerned. And as an added bonus, the staff was extremely helpful upon check-in.
The room was plenty large to let our 2 year-old run around without making him feel confined, and there were no glaring child-safety issues in the room.
We got to use the pool early in the day, and it was all very clean and comfortable... The pool itself and all around it.
Once again, we're very happy to have chosen the Hyatt Place for our stay. Whenever possible, this is out preferred choice. |

| We returned to this chain because of past quality service and they did not disappoint. A staffmember saw me in the the breakfast room carrying our toddler and personally fetched and cleaned a highchair for her - without me asking.
The rooms were typically spacious and the breakfast was the usual Hyatt quality.
We'd definitely recommend to others! |

| When I first walked into the lobby, the smell of the hotel was very refreshing sort of aromatic which made u feel at home. I was greeted by the attendees with a welcoming smile. The hotel was very quiet and the setting is dimmed lights which also makes u feel at ease. A convient side entrance for guests only which allowed for not having to walk through the entire lobby. The staff was very courteous. My only issue is the cleaning of the room was late in the afternoon around 4pm. I left the room for most of the day and when I returned the room had not been cleaned and restocked. |

| I'll start by saying this is about a 15 minute drive to Disney which is where we were heading. Also, do not expect much from the so called continental breakfast.
On a positive note, It was a steal for the price we paid. Hyatt definetly stood up to their reputation. Clean rooms, friendly and very professional staff, 32in plsma in the room that equips games consoles, Ipods, mp3 etc. The room we booked had a living room area. The eatery around the area on Internationl was awesome..Overall I would definetly recommend this hotel. |

| We were very surprised at the standards at this hotel considering the price. We will stay again. The starbucks coffee at breakfast was a nice addition along with the very fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. We could tell that the hotel is there to help you have a pleasant experience in Orlando. |

| The stay was great. Close to the convention center. The staff was wonderful. I was in room 206, where the air conditioners not running satisfactory. I requested service three times, only received service once. The problem wasn't fixed. The housekeeping staff was very nice, but they were understaffed. Most days my room wasn't serviced till almost 4PM. |
