| Razonable para la tarifa, pero no tiene placard y se complica el tema de las valijas. los pasillos y el ascensor mal mantenidos y muy desagradables. El desayuno bueno. No hablan español en recepcion. |

| The customer service at the hotel was horrendous from the time of check-in. I requested a room by the pool for the kids and, even though the hote was obviously not full, they stated they didn't have one "at this time." The room was OK, but you could hear everything going on outside and Orlando is quite noisy. The TV reception was bad and the "free Wi-Fi" is practically non-existent. |

| Bueno en relacion precio-servicio, camas muy comodas, recambio de toallas y limpieza barbaro, desayuno bien, cerca de los parque. Es lo que buscabamos, cumplio con nuestras espectativas. |

| After reading the reviews I was worried. But I was suprised the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. And the location was great. Took about 4 min to drive to universal studios. |

| Deve-se apenas observar que os quartos destinados a fumantes sao realmente com muito odor de cigarro. Impossivel para um nao fumante. No mais, é adequado pelo preco. Recepcionistas náo ajudam em nada. |

| After booking and paying through Hotel.com on arrival at the hotel was told that I need to pay an additional $5.00 per night without any explanation as to why.
The safe in the room had no door. |
