| Good hotel; very helpful staff; got upgraded to the executive floor. Got to the hotel late and left early so if there were any special amenities for the executive floor, I did see or get them. |

| We were very pleased with everyting about this hotel except for the noise in the halls at night. Almost every hour of the night, mostly women were shouting down the hall to others, even at 3,4 and 5 am. I wondered if it was hotel workers, but probably a womans softball team that was staying there. |

| we checked into the hotel quite late with a sleeping small child to find a hole in the wall and one of the beds pulled out and unmade. Getting anoother room was not a problem except that we had a sleeping child and all the luggage to gather up and take from the very convenient 1st floor to the very far away 5th floor. |

| I forgot some medication in the room. Took housekeeping two days to return my call, then they wanted a credit card to ship back FedEx, but could not tell me how much he charge would be! Been 10 days and I still don't have my meds back. Poor attention to customer issues after your stay is over. Won't stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels convenient to unf. |

| Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Only problem was with the shower curtain in the bathroom which had soured. Called front desk in the mroning before showering and waited 1/2 hour but no one came to change it out. Upon checking out at 11 o'clock it still was not corrected.
Would greatly appreciate the Inn having a small shelf of supplies for sale, eg Tums, Asprin, toiletries, etc. We are in our seventies and had to drive 2 miles to a convenience store at 2 o'clock in the morning for needed Tums that we had forgotten to packed. The girl at the front desk did give us good directions tho. |

| It was great. You can't go wrong with Holiday inn. But the only problem is the tube could've been a little cleaner. |

| The hotel was just perfect for what we were looking for. Close to UCF, restaurants, sports bars. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was extrememly comfortable. The only thing that would have been nicer is a refridgerator in the room. The hotel wanted an additional charge to bring a portable one to us..we declined. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay at this hotel again. Refridgerators and microwaves should be standard now-a-days. |

| The decoration of the room was OK as well as the bathroom, however, the bathroom was not cleaner than a 2 star hotel. The air conditioner was soo noisy that we could not sleep well. The maid always forgot to put the toiletries, took the used towels, but forgot to replace with new ones, did not replace or clean the used glasses. We had to ask for soap and shampoo. The shower curtain was broken so the water was going out of the shower. The basin had a water leak that was dripping on the floor. |

| My only two complaints were the musty mildew smell coming from the hallway by the elevators and when I had booked the reservation I requested two double beds. When I had arrived at the hotel I was assigned a king size bed and a sleep sofa. It wouldn't of been that bad since we were only staying for one night but the sleep sofa was not in the best condition (it slainted down) and I had to move furniture in the room so it could be pulled out fully. I had asked the hotel for an upgrade which I told them I woiuld pay the difference but I was told there were no rooms available. |
