Recent Holiday Near Universal Studios Review: "I read many reviews before booking a night with this hotel and I was a little worried. Being the type that is very picky about my hotel experiences I was troubled with what to expect. However, upon arrival, which was early, the hotel desk allowed us an early check-in along with offering very helpful and kind service. The theme park ticket counter was  also very helpful in helping to find prices and offer advice on park entry. The room was very clean and neat as was the bathroom. The wi-fi internet service was easy to access and was adequate on page loads as compared to other public access networks. This hotel is also very close to Universal Studios making the travel time to and from very quick and easy to navigate (straight shot from the hotel's road to the park). Upon arrival back after 2am I was surprised with the professional appearance of the night desk manager as well as the friendly attitude I was given even at that time. In addition, this friendly attitude and professionalism was again observed upon check-out time. In all this hotel is a great location if you are looking for a spot close to Universal Studios. It is well-staffed from what I've seen, and kept clean and neat."
