| This is our 2nd time stay in this hotel. Since the past five years the room we stayed in this time wasn't that great
- Washroom was in bad condition
- Electric plugs weren't working
- Wi-fi internet was horrible
- Ice machine on 5th floor wasn't always working
- Elevators are too slow
Good points
- Breakfast (included) was great
- Location was great
- Everything else except for the above was nice |

| Great hotel. Very close to Disney parks. Room was very clean, staff was great and breakfast was pretty good, actually better than breakfast I purchased at one of Disney's hotels. I will definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip. |

| Hyvä ja rauhallinen perus hotelli. Hotellista saa ostaa myös Disney Worldin liput. Aamiainen on amerikkalainen suppea aamiainen. Paljon erilaisia muffinsseja ja vähän hedelmiä. |

| It was a good location and pretty good for the price. I have stayed a better holiday inns. The free breakfast was great. The room needed a big upgrade. There was cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathtub had rust all around it. The tv had tone fixed but it was down in a very quick manner. Good price for not being there most of the day. |

| Feo en general pero tie e buen desayuno y las piezas son amplias y esta bien ubicado si quieres ir a universal studio porque solo llegas a dormir y las camas son buenas |
