| very nice hotel with great pool afre and big gym.
rooms are very nice, but a bit small. they could improve about dining options for less then 30$ a meal. |

| My husband and I checked in to the Hilton for a short one-day stay on our way to another Florida location. Every employee was gracious and helpful, and we loved relaxing with drinks poolside, and then taking several trips around the lazy river. The gym is one of the best hotel gym's I've seen and the food we ate at the hotel was solid. |

| the hotel has really good facilities, the rooms are very clean and comfortable however a big minus to the services - I had a bad experience at the gym facilities when I was rudely treated by one of the staff over there ( named Tristin) - that treated me without any respect and as if I was a teenager when I am a very mature woman and well educated so not to know about the safety policies. I was without a tennis shoes - bareffet doing some stretching and abs... and the way she called my attention for 2 times in a row - houldn't the Hilton , a very expensive hotel have a better selection and training for their staff ? FYI .. I was there celbrating my b'day and my husband came from overseas for that particular weekend ! and how upseting it could be to be mistreated by someone that supposely is there to help you to enjoy your stay! Big shame for Hilton Convention Center Orlando!! by the way, I am a Hilton Honours member and I've stayed couple of weeks before at the Hilton Residences in Charleston, SC and I had a very pleasant stay - in a much cheap version of the Hilton - but guess what ? GREAT staff and the services just perfect!! So ... think twice when at the Hilton Convention C. in Orlando to go to the gym and if you go call the manager before!! Not very HAPPY b'day I've received from them ... |

| Loved the 'Quiet Pool'...as I'd left my little guys at home to study and prepare for an arduous exam, it was great to have a little slice of Florida sunshine without being overwhelmed by families going to Disney attractions. I was a little disappointed that internet service as well as parking were charged! At such a fine hotel, one would think those amenities would be included...the in house Starbucks however, was a great touch. |

| we are from NY, where the sun is little and the winters are plentiful.........staying at the hilton made our weekend in orlando outstanding. My children would say their favorite part was the lazy river, we adults loved it just as much. What a great place to take a family... |

| after spending a few days in Ft Lauderdale, it was nice to get to a place where things were reasonably priced and the people and staff super friedly. Bed was a little extra firm for my liking though. Everything else was superb. would visit and stay again. |

| Our 1 year anniversary. We had a great time. Pool was the high light, make sure to ask for Chris, the pool side waiter, he has to be the best server ever, a#1!!!!!!! |
