Recent Hilton Review: "Took advantage of a special offer to book some rooms for the first few weeks of operation. Great deal! Hotel had been open for four days before our 1-night stay. Valet, bellhop, and rest of staff extremely helpful and friendly. Registration was slow, as employees were still learning the process. Rooms were very nice, and appointed as you would expect from a brand new, 4-star property. Hotel facilities were great!! Huge swimming pool with big water slide, lazy river, tennis court, basketball court, bocce fields, billiards, foosball, as well as completely separate and large "quiet" pool and hot tub. (presumably kid-free zoner) We didn't have any food at the pool bar, and the few specialty drinks they had were hit and miss. The miami-vice like drink was good, but the mango mojito was way too sweet. Breakfast buffet at the casual restaurant downstairs was decent, but no better than many offerings on International Drive that are much cheaper. (omelette chef still needed some practice!) Location was great. Practically in the parking lot of the convention center, and about a mile from SeaWorld. Not much to walk to, but you can take advantage of the I-Drive trolley if you don't feel like driving. We enjoyed our short stay! It was fun getting a great deal on a brand new property. It will be a great place to stay for attending conventions, or as an up-scale alternative to family-friendly SeaWorld area properties."

This was a great hotel to stay at. Great for families as it has that great slide, lazy river and over all pool area. Staff was very pleasant and the hotel was extremely clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and have been recommending it to everyone I know ever since. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.This beats any overpriced Disney Resort any day!

Great Hotel! Staff very accomedating and always looking to help. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is second to none. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the Orlando area.

Hotel was central to our plans for Downtown Disney and a dinner party on International Drive. The property is less than a year old, so everything was outrageously clean and in working order. Every staff member I encountered was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We had other plans so did not get to try any of the restaurants, but the little Starbucks marketplace was great, as was the food and drink from the poolside bar. The pool area was very nice. Especially appreciated the adult "quiet pool". Lazy river ride was fun. I tried really hard to find something amiss, and all I can come up with is the lack of A/C in the elevator to the parking garage. Being 94* outside, it had to be 114* in the elevator. This is literally the only complaint I have. If you are going to the convention center, there is even a connecting walkway, so you don't even have to move your car or take a cab. In fact, I plan to stay here again in November for a conference. This is a real gem!!

The only reason I gave a poor rating on comfort is due to other room doors being extremley loud when they close. They actually shake the room.

Our stay at the Hilton Orlando was great - we would definitely stay again. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We were also able to check in early. I paid the extra money for the valet parking and even though it was a little expensive, to me it was well worth it. The kids really liked the pool area - especially the lazy river.

Fell in love with this hotel the minute I walked in. The gentleman that checked us in actually walked the card key around the counter to hand it to me. Yes, there is parking fee, but it is less than other hotels that we checked out and the parking seemed very safe - worth $12/day. Breakfast buffet price seemed high till I saw the chef, cooking omelets to order, behind the counter. Food was very good. Also, there are economical food choices at The Marketplace in the lobby area. We also ordered pizza from room service that was very good and well priced. And then there is the pool....oh my goodness!! We actually stayed at the hotel to swim instead of going early to Magic Kingdom! The pool, slide and lazy river are awesome!! Well within driving distance of local attractions, literally minutes from Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. We will stay here again!!

We stayed here the night AFTER our cruise on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. Wonderful place. The room was nice sized and the bed was very comfortable. Service at the front desk was terrific but there was a bit of a snag when they couldn't find our breakfast coupons. They recommended two places to eat and both were fantastic. Thanks to Kim at the Concierge desk for hookin' us up at Moonfish as well. Great place and well worth the money (which wasn't very much for a king).

Great hotel and great customer service. Lot of little charges, daily internet is expensive when lower class hotels give it to you for free. Needs a little more activities for children and maybe limiting the number of kids from the lazy river. Room very comfortable and clean. Could use a better guide system on tv for info on surrounding area. We are from Florida so we know but tourist may not. Probably will stay at a more kid friendly place next time but will stay for just a getaway with the wife.
