Recent Hilton Garden International Review: "I just have to say - I have stayed at 2 Hilton's in Florida and we love these hotels. My kids love the hotel. We feel safe and it is clean. Other hotels need to take lessons from the staff.
ONE MAJOR PROBLEM: the shuttle to Universal. I was told that we were .5 to 1 mile to Universal. I didn't want to walk (daughter needed wheelchair broken foot). I figured I would save $ for parking. We waited out front of the hotel and a woman who worked at Hilton told us the shuttle doesn't pick up there so go down to the corner. we all did. A small white van came up and the man yelled out going to universal - free of charge. So we all think it is our shuttle. He is from Funtown.rrr He drops us off and said just call when we need to get picked up. I was confused. So we visited the park. We were tired by the end of the day and a little worried about getting back to the hotel. We looked for the Hilton return shuttle. We found this old green bus. The bus driver was foreign and could not drive the bus or speak english clearly. He couldn't close the handicap doors. We were stuck on the bus for over an hour. I thought we were on Candid Camera. It was only 5 minutes to the hotel. He was the worst driver. The ride on the shuttle was more scarier than the roller coasters. LOL"

| I loved this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff was very friendly and personable. The location was very convienient to Universal. I would not hesitate to stay there again. |

| Hotel was ok, but needed to be updated. The tv was old and out of date (no flat screen). The bathroom was very small. The walls were paper thin, as you could hear your neighbors and everyone opening and closing their doors all night and morning long. Very hard to sleep in. I hurt my leg on the bed frame sticking out from underneath the mattress. It was right in the middle of the bed as you got up. That upset me pretty good. There was also a lot of light that came into the room in the morning. Not very good blackout drapes. It all wasn't too bad for the price and location of the hotel. You can get to Universal Studios/City Walk quick. |

| The hotel was clean, cheap, and close to Universal. However - the name of the hotel is misleading as it is not actually on International Drive. We drove up and down International Drive for an hour before calling and asking for directions. When we did - they told us - it's by the IHOP. We learned over the next hour that there are at least three IHOPs on International Drive. So we wasted two hours of our night trying to find the hotel. Then - the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. And the front desk didn't even acknowledge it when we checked out. |

| I booked this at the last minute and was very happy with the deal I got. The hotel was quiet. The ac worked great...the location to Universal is amazing...only a 5 minute car/cab ride. Plenty of options for food around the hotel and the breakfast buffet is pretty good for 10 bucks. All in all I would stay here again for this price! |

| We have stayed here over 6 times. It is a great hotel. Rooms are nice and the beds are soft. Only a $6 taxi ride to Universal Studios. Great Location! |

| we spent the last 4 days of our 3 weekholiday around the US at this hotel, at first I was a bit dubious about staying on international drive but the hotel is just off I drive and you wouldnt even know I drive was there, also you wouldnt know it was next to the I4 either, the staff were very friendly and very proffesional, the hotel itself was spotless and extremely well maintained, we had a very relaxing 4 days here, the pool area was always clean with plenty of cabanas and towels available, the tiki bar was never packed but stayed open as long as poeple wanted it to (with in reason of course) dueing this holiday we stayed in a total of 8 different hotels, this was by far the best of a very good bunch, we will definately be staying here again |
