| Excellent stay arrived late in the evening and everyone very nice hotel very clean and welcoming booked on line about an hour before I arrived and walked In they had reservation in system and literally on my way up to my room within 2 minutes after walking the front door Very pleasant stay and will stay here again!!! |

| Clean place and close to parks and shopping . The room was okay but the bathrooms are small and the beds were so uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk were nice but when we called from the room to ask for more coffee and creamer they said we would have to come down and get it. Was not happy about that at all. Not very accommodating at all. :-( will not stay again. |

| I may be mistaken but when I give them my card for incidentals - no where else to my knowledge does a hotel actually make the charge prior to any expenses being incurred. Here they charged it $50 and then back it out with a credit when you check out. Never heard of that. Also the king bed had such use that here were huge hollows in the mattress where others had previously slept. Note to hotel - rotate mattress or get rid of it. Also for a hotel in this price range - not to have a free breakfast is going to be tough to compete with |
