Recent Hilton Garden East Review: "We stayed here for a few days before a cruise. Location was great. It's one hour away from Cape Canaveral and very close to shopping and everything in Orlando. Hotel staff was very nice, except they didn't have free toothbrushes and toothpaste that most hotels offer. Surprising but not a big deal. They have a nice selection for the breakfast buffet.  We prepaid for breakfast so we just tipped the cook and server. Both were very kind and helpful. Our server was also very thoughtful because he remembered what we liked and ordered the prior day. In fact, when we missed breakfast one day, the server offered us different foods that didn't require heating. This was especially thoughtful because he was in the middle of vacuuming the dining area when we walked up to him. The only drawback was the front desk person the morning we left. It wasn't a big deal, but his tone of voice seemed like he was annoyed. It's a good thing our last interactions before leaving were with the cook and the server who were kind and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again if we're in town."
