| The only reason why service didnt get 5stars is because there was a grumpy lady from the kitchen who didnt smile and was rude during breakfast time. however the food was good and the younger lady was very sweet. |

| Breakfast bar was good, the front desk staff was exceptionally nice, and the hotel was new and clean. Wish the pool was heated. Overall we recommend it |

| This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. My towels were replinished and the room/bed was very comfortable. |

| Stayed one night with the family to finish off a great vacation. It was a nice stay (except for the fact that the bathroom door didn't close). The hotel is new and quite clean. There was a fridge and microwave which was a nice touch for a regular room. We checked in late and the person at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate my room request and late check out. It is located in an industrial/commercial area which was just fine to get away from the theme park vacation crowd so best you have a car to get around. Breakfast was not busy despite a full house and there were omelettes, a nice touch from the usual Hampton scrambled option. Would stay here again. |

| Good hotel. The hotel is a new building. However, breakfast was good but not superb. Just remember Orlando is a pricy city for hotels. |

| The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! We left some items in the room and didn't realize it until more than 24 hours later, we called the hotel and they held the items until we were able to get them. We are so thankful for their efforts! |

| Loved the location so close to seaworld and still away from traffic. big room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. My 3yr old loved the hotel too. |

| 5 to 10 minutes from sea world and universal studio parks, very clean and comfortable room. Continental breakfast better than average. Free wireless internet. I would stay here again. |

| Very pleased with the hotel. It was a bit away from shopping/restaurants but these were within easy driving distance. The hotel and grounds were clean and to normal Hampton standards. The surrounding area was undergoing construction but this did not cause undue noise during our stay. |
