| The front of the hotel and lobby were very clean and impressive. We ate and drank at the bar/restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel lobby. Both were excellent with no complaints. The mall is beautiful and convenient, with an entrance from the hotel lobby. It's like a typical mall with Macy's and all of the other stores you would expect. Parking was not a problem. It was mall parking, full, but always a few spaces available. The room was nice, but poorly cleaned. There was hair in the tub and in the "clean" towels. There is no shampoo or conditioner in little bottles. It comes from a dispenser in the shower, which seems less sanitary. The TV remote had some unknown substance all over between the buttons. The room was not completely dirty, but we would have appreciated better attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Shampoo/conditioner/soap in small bottles would be nice, even if only by request. The beds were too small. They were full. Queen or king would be much better. |

| Hotel was very clean and quiet. Lets right out into the Florida Mall. Five minutes from airport. Would definitely stay there again. |

| Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. My family and I had a great experience staying at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center. We plan to always stay here when we visit Orlando. |

| this hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. i ordered room service twice and the food was delivered very quickly and was very hot. the staff was friendly and responsive. |

| The hotel was beautiful and the location is awesome; you walk right out of the hotel into the Florida Mall; however, the beds were very uncomfortable. |

| Only stayed one night. Room was comfortable and clean. The mall was right there, so it was a great place to do some shopping before the next leg of our trip. I will stay there again. |
