| Estuvimos dos ocasiones. La 1ra. Entrando el 06 de Abril. que en realidad entramos la madrugada del 07, esta ocasión no nos respetaron la habitación que habíamos reservado y nos dieron una cama king size y un catre. Sin embargo la habitación estaba muy limpia y bien distribuida. La 2da. Ocasión que estuvimos entrando el 14 de Abril, si no me equivoco, nos dieron la habitación 2106. Al llegar pedí una cuna y la Srita. Laurel me dijo que me la enviarían, lo cual nunca ocurrió. La regadera tenia una fuga, pues al abrirla salía agua por arriba de ella, la cual dejaba mojado el piso del baño. |

| This hotel was great. We had originally only booked one night as we had to go to Daytona for a wedding, but we liked it so much we cancelled our other hotel and booked an additional two nights. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good, pool area was great, very close to lots of restaurants and easy access to freeway. |

| The room was small for the price. There was barely room to walk around the bed. But the location was right next to Sea World.
The bed was comfortable and it had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
The breakfast had a pretty good selection and was fairly busy. Even with all those people, the only thing we really had to wait for was waffles.
They also provided us with a free Starbucks pastry coupon.
We tried to order room service from the grill but no one answered the phone after it rang for about 3 minutes straight. We ended up ordering from TGI Friday's and they delivered to our room (21% extra as a tip). The walls seemed fairly thin, but we brought a fan to block out the noise for the most part. Closing room doors is extremely loud.
The Concierge closes at 3pm which we thought was way too early.
The shuttles to Sea World skip the hours from 9:30 to 11:00 AM so if you miss the 9:20 shuttle you are stuck for a couple hours. We ended up just driving and parking. But they did provide Quick Queue passes for Sea World at no charge (saves you like 15 bucks a person). |

| The place to stay when visiting Sea World. Great place for families, but also great for older couples traveling without children. Can walk to Sea World. Bus stop to lots of shopping and dinning right outside hotel. The feel of an upscale hotel, without the upscale price. |

| We loved everything about our visit, the lovely decor, super clean fresh rooms, ultra comfortable bedding, and convenient location. Awesome! |

| Stayed in a standard king and really wished we had gone with the suite. It was tiny and crammed with fridge, microwave, etc. We stay with this brand often and this one lacked the usual quality. Linens and towels were average. Location is perfect for Sea World visits. Shuttle is on-time and very convenient. Staff is friendly and breakfast is well st ocked. |

| The staff was very considerate. I had elderly parents with me and they made the effort to put us on the ground floor. Very clean, up-to-date decor. very close to SeaWorld and easy to get to the airport. |
