Recent Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando Maitland Summit Review: "There are 3 buildings close, with same name. We stayed at 1951 Summit Tower Blvd. The place was very clean, nicely decorated. Our room had been recently redecorated. The kitchenette had a new frig., 2 burner stove, dishwasher and microwave. We didn't use this but nice if you need it. The bath had new tile. Even the halls were clean. The service was great- very nice people. Breakfast was minimal - bagel/fruit - great coffee. That's all we needed. It's on a main road, close to restaurants, etc. The area seemed safe and urban. I was very pleasantly surprised for the money! I recommend it - unless you are looking for a room with a jetted tub & fireplace! Ha!"
