Recent Embassy Lake Buena Review: "We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights from 2/14-2/19 to go to disney world. It is convenient. The shuttle depart from the hotel every hour; the earliest was 8:15am and every hour thereafter. You have to be in the front a little early otherwise you would miss the bus. We have the breakfast at the hotel then depart for the park and spend the whole day at the park. You can take some fruits and snacks with you. Then we take the shuttle back after the park close. We did not spend much time in the hotel and did not get to use their facility much. We use the pool and jacuzzi only once and it was pleasant. The time we spent in the hotel was nice; the rooms are spacious and clean. There are many fancier hotels around such as those disney hotels but you don't spend much time in your hotel anyway; therefore, there is no point of paying 2-3 times more. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to those families with kids going to disney world."

| I've stayed at several Embassy Suit hotels in the past and been quite happy. This however had several issues. When preparing to put my children to sleep we unfolded the sofabed to find Womens underware. We called the front desk and they did not seem overlly concerned. They came and changed the bed, and appeared annoyed when I insisted that all the beds be changed. The other main issue was that the temperature was very hot and the air-conditioning was subpar. Several of the ice machines were non-functional.
On the other hand embassy suits have large rooms ( with a "living room" (including sofabed wich is nice for a family of 5) and also a "bed room" with two double beds. They can also boast about a nice breakfast bar including a cook to order omelet station (Eddie the cook was great giving everyone made up names, and cooking a good omelet).
I would recommend Embassy suits as a chain but this particular location was some what disappointing. |

| The hotel was clean and very nice but the best was the hotels service. We asked for extra towels they gave us 4 large extra towels in less than 5 minutes. They gave us extra waters and shampoos without any hesitations. It was a very pleasant experience and the breakfast was perfect. The only semi negative was the pool closed at 11:00. |

| The hotel was OK but in need of updating and renovations. The room was a good size but the lighting was poor and the furnishings awkward, worn and not too functional. Breakfast was a nice addition but very low budget. For the money it was a fair deal. The room was difficult to get to and you either had to go into the parking lot or through the pool gates to get to the lobby. |

| Your typical Embassy Suites experience, good rooms, free breakfast buffet. A bit of advice: Pay the extra $3 a day (total $10) to valet your car. Parking is TERRIBLE, if you arrive later in the evening good luck self parking as spaces are limited. This is my second experience at an Embassy Suites property. Maybe they feel people to do drive nad park at hotels?
One other item, throw away the supposed "get your complimentary gift" card they give you at check in, yes Embassy is in the Hilton family and they will proposition you to timeshare meeting. |

| pool could have been cleaner and we had to ask for wash clothes both days, but other than that it was wonderful. It is beautiful, the breakfast was great and so was the Managers reception at night. Had wonderful ammenities and the people were very very accommodating. We definately will book again. |

| The breakfast buffet was excellent...the staff was always friendly and the hotel was kept fairly clean. The shuttles to DisneyWorld were really convenient and easy to use (although if they could run 1 hour later, that would have been preferable as there were times when we were rushing to get back to the shuttle site). The only other problem was that we were in a room next to the elevator on the ground floor which was a little noisy (especially with the air hockey table close by). |

| When I hear "Embasssy Suites", I think of a semi-luxurious hotel. This was not at all what we found when we checked into our room. We were given a Lanai room, which is off an outdoor corridor and overlooks the pool. The room and outdoor corridor did not meet expectations of the Embassy Suites brand. While it was clean there was nothing luxurious or impressive about the room, corridor, furnishings or general accomodations. Towels were rough, carpet was thin, furnishings were basic, mattress was kind of hard and bathroom was small. The hotel itself was nice (i.e. lobby) and we really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle and hot breakfast. Hotel needs to add additional guest parking--they seem to sell more rooms than they have parking spaces. |
