Recent Embassy International Jamaican Review: "I have stayed in hotels all over and have never experienced such a high level of customer service for such a inexpensive room. I was completely shocked and suprised with this value. It has a 2 hour managers reception with free happy hour. It has a made to order breakfast that was all you can eat. The inside has a waterfall and atrium full of exotic plants that make it so relaxing. It rained both days we stayed, but with the inside outside pool it didnt matter. We were still able to swim when we wanted. The room was 2 full rooms with a couch, sitting area, wet bar, microwave and refridgerator. I have to say this exceeded all my expectations and more; from now on I will be staying in this hotel everytime I visit."

| Close to Universal Studios, this Embassy Suites is tucked in a cul de sac just off of I-drive. The service is always impeccable, although you definitely want to get up early for the amazing free breakfast - seating is hard to find as it gets later! |

| My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Embassy. THe rooms were spacious, clean and they fixed our beds and provided new towels while we were out. The only thing I didn't like was that they only had one gold trolley and in order to use it you have to call the bell boy who wanted to be tipped. Some hotels have several of them, and you can use and replace at your disposal. That was all, the service and the hotel was great. We would stay again. |

| My wife and I continue to stay at this hotel everytime we visit Orlando and are always impressed. What truly sets it apart is that you get a full free buffett style breakfast inclusive of custom grille items IE eggs, bacon, french toast etc. Additionally the hotel offers a daily happy hour featuring two hours of free drinks at the bar. We truly enjoy our visits to the Embassy Suites. |

| This hotel was in a great location. I found that the bathroom in my room could of been cleaner before we arrived. I was the first person to shower from my family and I found a few hairs in the shower! Other then that the hotel was great. Great breakfast and staff. I don't want to knock the whole hotel because of a lazy cleaning person. |

| We went with this hotel for the location and for the breakfast. We arrived early, no problem checking in at 12:00. Room was fine, but then I noticed a little mold/mildew behind the faucet and in the shower. Hotel just looks like it hasn't been renovated since it opened. Some stains on the carpet, etc. Beds were ok, son slept on the sofa bed without problems. Breakfast was excellent, husband loved it and even those of us who aren't big breakfast eaters enjoyed it. Happy hour was nice, no real food to speak of but drinks were poured and staff was pleasant. Any concerns were addressed quickly. Excellent workout facility. |

| Karen the bartender and "Chief" on the breakfast line were great, friendly, accomadating and very pleasant. The room was good except for the traffic on I-4 all night but if you spend all day at a park you fall asleep and don't hear it. The fan in our bathroom also sounded like a 767 taking off. Food was great and everyone was very helpful. I would stay here again...on the oppisite side of the hotel away from I-4. |
