| I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. Everything was very good. I did not like the pillows, they were too soft. Maybe a mix of soft and firm pillows for neck support will be better. The food was good, but need to have two serving lines instead of one. All Embassy suites had two serving lines for many years. On Sunday, we could not have breakfast because the one line was so long. We had to check out and eat outside of the hotel. |

| Very good hotel but too much noise from the adjacent Freeway depending on your room position and the swimming pool is much too small given the size of the hotel. |

| Embassy suites are always good with great free breakfast. Only complaint is that sofa bed was not comfy for the kids at all. Great value though and we would stay there again. |

| Our room seemed to be a smoking room with burn marks in the carpet and a slightly "off" odor. The carpet was threadbare in places and the sofa was very worn in the middle of it. In addition, the carpeting throughout the hallway and outside of the elevators were very stained. One of the elevators had a strong disinfectant smell when we first arrived. Overall, the hotel just really was visually unappealing and in need of renovation. I love Embassy Suites normally... have stayed at various locations probably 6-8 times. Next time, I will stay at one that is about a mile away which is newer, and I am assuming, in better condition. |

| El hotel es impresionante ! las habitaciones son muy grandes y comodas, tiene un desayuno incluido que es increible y parking gratuito. Esta a media cuadra de International Drive y cerca de restaurantes, atracciones, etc. Todos los dias de 5.30 a 7:30 pm en el lobby se puede disfrutar de tragos completamente gratis para los huespedes ! Sin dudas volveria a este hotel |

| Hotel was just ok. The free breakfast each morning was awesome! This location is old and needs some attention. The pool and hot tub seemed neglected and dirty. I was glad that we were spending all of our time at the parks, and we were not going to spend time at the pool! When we arrived to our room, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. This is unexcusable for what we paid for this room! Next time, we will stay at a Disney hotel. When you are visiting Orlando, you expect EVERYTHING to be magical, including your hotel!! |
