IT WAS A NICE STAY OVERALL, JUST WOULD LIKE FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO BE A LITTLE MORE INFORMATIVE IN REFERENCE TO THE DOS AND DONTS OF THE MOTELS POLICY. AND I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

because i had to wait so long to get checked in and then she gave me the wrong keys to the room she put me in. The young lady that took care of me upgraded my room to a suite for all the inconvience. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, so I couldn't take full advantage of such a big room.

The hotel does NOT look like the pics from Hotel doc.com!! My stay there was relevant for my purposes. A safe, decent place to rest my head for a few nights. The bed was comfortable enough to get a decent night's sleep, I never went to the complimentary breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There is a newly built Golden Corral on 1-side of the hotel.  Stay AWAY from that side, simply because a dump truck or 3, come thru in the morning and dump many times for about 5 min a piece over about an hour- with each truck annoying you more than the last. That's an extremely long time while being awaken from a deep sleep and quite unpleasant. But, the hotel is in an excellent location to many restaurants of all types, including walking distance (some within 25-200 feet away). Otherwise, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the toilet worked, no dripping faucets, didn't see any bugs and I would stay here again in the future, but as always, always travel with your disinfectant wipes!! =)

We were not at all happy that the first night there we put out our do not disturb sign and that morning we informed the cleaning lady to come back later and they never came back. We had two rooms, left at 11:30 a.m. that same morning and when we came back late that evening, the rooms were not done. My brother -in-law called the office and asked about  it and he, the night clerk said there was nothing he could do!!! We asked for clean towels at least and he said he couldn't bring them to us! When my brother-in-law asked about his rules on the service he provides, he said "what service"? What service???? My brother in law proceeded to ask for the owner/person with authority, he readily gave his name but no contact number. We have gone twice to see our son at UCF. The first time, we were ok with everything so decided to go back this time. Well, it may not mean anything to you all but we will not go there again!!! Furthermore, we will tell our son's friends families not to go there either! That the employees that work there obviously don't know or care what service to their customers MEAN!

Property is OK in general, shows a bit of wear. Lock on door failed to respond to key card multiple times, probably bad reader. Stain or two on carpet, bathroom very clean, but tub had a chip on its rim.Breakfast was powder donuts and fruit and cereal, coffee and juice. Wi-fi was good, TV medium size, remote worked. Golden Coral next door and dumpster  was emptied early and often, maybe a room on the far side would be a better sleeping site. Parking was not an issue.

second stay at the hotel, it wont be the last, very good price and location, rooms very clean comfortable bed, working mini fridge , tv and air conditioner it doesnt matter that some furniture looks old and the rug has some stains, very clean linen and bathroom, people at the front desk very well mannered and friendly, and nice breakfast included !  keep it like this! we are sure future guests thanks very much.......

This Days Inn was close as in to walking distance close to major stores and restuarants. The rooms were big and the beds were extremely comfortable. My sister and decided to surprise my nephew for his 15th bday and drove up to see him and spend the weekend with him. For the price and services this was the perfect choice. Will definitely be staying here  again when we visit my nephew and his family.

First room had a toilet leak so I was moved and it was right in front of the stairs. It was pretty noisy. Walls seem thin. Breakfast was basic continental, nothing fancy. I use this hotel because it's inexpensive and close to Ucf. I wonder though whether they intentionally a cancel your room key after each checkout time. I was there for two days and  prepaid. It was a pain to have an arm full of stuff and find out your key wasn't working when you got back.

Towels for one not two as my wife was unhappy with your lack of this item. We asked for a none smoking room if possibe and no answer was given for not by the desk,
