| Great location, clean, staff friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occassions and each time I noticed improvements. it keeps getting better. |

| Hey cant say much besides its right near downtown and makes it convenient for anybody who likes to step out and have a good time during the night scene. The management staff was a pleasure to work with and attended to needs promptly, when all is said and done great place for the price. |

| The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. The shower head was broken - multiple settings only had one hard stream setting that worked. There were only 2 towels for 3 guests, had to ask for more which they brought right away. The room was dimly lit and the light bulbs flickered. The entry switch didn't actually work anything. The door to the balcony was locked and couldn't be opened on a third floor room. The ice machine was difficult to find and was only on the second floor. I didn't know that I would have to pay extra for self parking until check out. That was very disappointing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast food was very good, but the buffet was expensive, so we opted for the ala carte menu. |

| Very conveniently located and our room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable... the only thing I can really complain about is the parking charge. Prior to getting there we did not realize there was going to be an additional charge for parking and in my opinion $13..00 for non valet is a bit outrageous!!!! |

| Everything was great about the hotel, from location to comfort. The only problem I had was one night the heater came on and the room temperature rose to somewhere around 90 degrees. I tinkered with the thermostat the best I could and could only drop it down to around 80 degrees. We think it had something to do with the temperature dropping so rapidly outside, it triggered the thermostat that our room was cooler than it actually was. That one night was miserable. Other than that, the hotel was great. |

| The hotel is prefectly located in downtown, in walking distance to the AmWay center and very close to great food in downtown. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The SPA and Pool were perfect. |

| The Hotel was great with the location near the Champs bowl and had a great shuttle service to the game with less than 10 minutes from leaving the game to being back in the Hotel. Also one of my bags fell in the room with 3 credit type cards fell out without my knowledge. The Hotel honestly called and reported this to us and is sending the cards to us. Great job! |
