| The only real complaint that I have is that there was no refridgerator or micorwave in the room. Other than that, the stay was great. |

| Air Conditioning unit in room was very noisy. Kept coming on and going off all night.
Room could use better lighting.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was being renovated so it was under stress. They offered a nice free Continental breakfast but we went out to Breakfast. |

| I checked in early and the manager at the front desk was very helpful to recommend a cafe nearby for a quick lunch. The room and hotel was very clean and the bed more comfortable than a much nore expensive resort that I had just left from attending a conference. Good breakfast and they have plans on adding an evening restaurant and lounge. I misunderstood and thought it included breakfast, but the buffet was very good at a reasonable price and service was excellent. |

| The room had a funky stale smell....kinda like the air conditioner filters needed to be changed........also, didn't like the fact that we had to pay for the breakfast. |

| I've stayed in a few of the hotels in that immediate area. This one thus far has been the most satisfying to this point. Extremely friendly staff and the rooms were not as outdated as the other establishments. The only downside was the location, however for my purpose, it worked out well, as my destination for business was a half a mile away. |

| This property uses "Sam Snead's Tavern" across the street as their room service provider.
This provider went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me.
My second night, I ordered dinner - at prime dinner hour - so when an hour or so passed and food had not, arrived, I called back to check on delivery. Who knows how long it might take.. across the street, not on property, prime dinner time. They sounded "odd" and said, "sorry - it will be right there".
In less than five minutes I had a call-back from the Manager of " 'Sneads"s".... apologizing profusely for the delay. Apparently they thought I was a "take out" order and miscommunicated. He took FULL responsibility, assured me they were preparing a fresh meal since mine had been waiting so long....AND that it would be "on the house" ... NO CHARGE whatsoever. It would be there in 5-10 minutes more - and indeed it was.
It renews one's faith to get great service like that! Stay at this hotel! It really is an overall 5. If you don't want to eat in your room - go over to Sam Snead's Tavern - EXCELLENT. |

| Room had an unusual smell and never got used to it. The mattress was great. I sleep on a great memory foam one at home but this one was a pleasant suprise.
The international staff was wonderful. From check in to dining to check out they were just great. Friendly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.
Over priced but you are probably able to get it. |
