Recent Country Carlson Lake Review: "I stayed there 1-7 Febuary 2009. The Hotel, all-in-all is Terrific. But the free transportation could be better(though i could just e picky). Whilist I was there the bus ran to, What they called, The Epcot Ticket Center. its just EPCOT's Entrance that you HAVE to Go to and from on this bus. There is no other Stops and picks up 3 times, 1) around 8am 2) around 11:50am and 3) around 12:50pm. That is Actually the departure times NOT the pickup times(as stated on the sheet of paper you can pickup at front desk) , but beware (while I was there) they can leave 5-10 min. before that. Whenyou board the Transport you have to make an appointment to come back at either 6pm, 8pm, or 10:30pm and if you want to change you have to call 2HRS BEFORE pickup time. (None of this was told to me that is why i'm telling it here) The Hotel itself is Great Though Microwaves and Fridges in the rooms a contenetal Breakfast with waffles (you have to make your own) and clean rooms, Hot water that allows for good long showers. There is Wired (Wireless was spotty) but you have to make sure to get the specail code to use. It will ask again if you disconnect the computer. There is 4 Resturants right outside of the Hotel on a strip-mall as well as a souvaneir store and, around the corner, a little convieniance store."

| We have often stayed in Country Inns and Suites in different areas and have never been disappointed. The quality, so far, has been uniformly good. This is so important in being able to rely on a hotel chain. In particular, the rooms are in good condition, very clean with nice touches. We have stayed in Canada and the US and find that it is often a relief to stay in these hotels! |

| If you are looking for a place to stay while in Orlando, I would highly recommend this hotel. When we got there, we were surprised by the hotel's location. We can say it is in the heart of Disney's area, close to everything. The staff was friendly. The hotel is not fancy, but very pleasant. We enjoyed their breakfast, which was pretty nice. For the money we paid, we could not expect anything nicer. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was the bathroom lock was broken but they did not fix it (probably nobody reported that issue to the staff). Overall, we had a great time and definitely would stay there again when we come back. |

| My family of five enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool! We had it all to ourselves on a Sunday morning. It seemed very clean! The home baked cookies are delicious. I would stay here again for the pool and the chocolate chip cookies!! |

| The location is great for Disney area, however the main road, Apopka-Vineland is very busy!!! The hotel is clean for what you pay...our room 340 is located right in front of an ice machine so got a very early wake up call with that! Other than that good hotel! |

| This hotel was great. The staff was was very friendly. The suite that I was given was big and my kids loved it becuase they had a section with bunkbeds. It wasn't a big section but they felt right at home with their own tv and beds. i highly recommend this hotel. |

| The hotel was in a great location. It's not luxury, but it has adequate accommodations. However, the hot water went out for 2 days during our 3 day stay, and there were no formal considerations made. |

| We got there pretty late, around 11 pm on a Friday. We had absolutely no trouble checking in. It was quick and they staff was courteous! We got up to the room and after a long day at work and sitting in traffic for 2 hours the three of us wanted a nice warm shower. I ran the water for about 10 minutes and it never got warm. We called down and they told us that they were having some problems with it and that it was being worked on. Ok, fine. We will take showers in the morning before heading out to the parks. In the morning I ran the water for another ten minutes and again NO HOT WATER. I called down to the desk and they said that someone was still working on it. Other than that the room was clean, a/c worked great, quiet, and had no funky smells whatsoever. I would stay again but would make sure the water is HOT before checking in. |
