| The Door stuck. the rulbber piece that seals the door was coming off. The rest was very nice. Pool area was nice and clean. I would stay there again and recommend it to others |

| My son had an early flight the next morning so we picked this hotel for it's proximity to OIA. The room was not clean. You could see lint, dirt and crumbs clearly on the carpet in the room. The room was spacious but the beds were old and way to soft. I felt like I was in a hole when I laid on them. For the cost, it was not what I expected. |

| The bed was comfortable. Shower head was spouting water all over br ceiling and walls. Floor was not clean had chunk of brown substance that you can not see due to color of rug-yes i stepped in it. Yuck! Had to pay for shuttle service-It is NOT free as advertised. No conplimentary breakfast. Received bag with bottle water and granola bar. |

| This hotel was terrible for the price we paid. When we booked the room, we were told that it had a microwave & fridge - which it didn't once we arrived. There must have been a heating/cooling unit right next to our room cause the noise was unbearable. The bed was ok but the curtains were ripped. We felt like we should have been charged at least half of what we paid. We definately won't be returning any time in the future. |

| Very nice room and a great value. The locations was very handy from the airport and easy to get to. I especially like the pillows - not too soft, not too hard. Just right Goldie Locks! Breakfast was adequate but a scrambled egg would have been nice. |

| the hotel was great but maintainence staff seemed to be behind. also, the maintenance manager needs to plan ahead there was no shampoo in the entire hotel, just glad i packed some with me from home. also, surrounding area had many restaurants but on Christmas day Denny's is the only choice within walking distance otherwise drive. overall hotel was great!!! |

| Not for the price. Hotel clerk ok but like most going through the
Paces. Took the shuttle early. I appreciated the to go breakfast. Nice touch. Shuttle driver initially wasn't friendly. Again going through the paces bit at the end was friendly and personal. I didn't the feeling that the hotel was clean and crisp although no dust in room. Bed very comfortable. I would go back because of the
Bed, shuttle, to go breakfast Bag. So negatives are lack of overall clean feeling when you walk. Custer service is the usual as most hotels. Lacks the Warm inviting upbeat feeling. |

| This hotel was great for a convenient close-to-the-airport stay. Great breakfast, warm fresh cookies when you check in, clean, with a great pool (though it was a little too cool out to fully enjoy the pool). If you need something that is close to the airport, or don't mind driving 20 or so minutes to get to Disney or Universal, this is a great place to stay. |
