Recent Comfort Universal Review: "Our week at this hotel was fantastic! As a family of five it was so nice to have a hotel room big enough for everyone. The bathroom was huge with an L-shaped counter. My husband and I could actually get ready at the same time. The location was great: just minutes one way to Universal Orlando and minutes the other way to Sea World. There was even a brand new Walmart Supercenter up the street where we grabbed a few things we needed. The room itself was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. We had no issues with the bathroom being moldy. The breakfast was good, though I totally agree that it was laid out horribly and a bit chaotic. The pool was so warm, and we really enjoyed swimming there. The Tiki Bar had yummy food. We are dinner there one evening. The staff was super friendly. We had a couple of things we needed to call about and the staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt.
I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!"

| Overall the room wasnt too bad. The beds werent that comfortable but it was ok for what we needed. We had a room that the remote for the TV didnt work properly but that was fine. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, although the space needed to be bigger because we had to wait for a table one morning. Just wish they had a few more choices for breakfast to pick from. Also, the hotel was having some trees cut down and you couldnt drive around the hotel one way, which made it hard because the building is connected to a imaging center and during the day it got busy. Overall, not a bad price for the hotel. Would stay there again, as long as I didnt plan to sit at the hotel all day, only if I had plans to go out and see the sites. |

| The Front Desk Agent and Concierge was not wearing a uniform or name tag. The agent was also using curse words to us and being very casual with us. The security guard was an older women who was 5'0 and did not make me feel safe. I think with staffing they should reconsider their employees that are hired. Especially with so many people looking for jobs, you have a chance to pick from the best!!!! There is a Rosen Hospitality school a mile away from you, hire them maybe. |

| This hotel is very close to the attraction park, Sea World. I reccomend staying here because the service is quick and friendly. The hotel accomodated our stay well with its comfortable beds and clean rooms. The stay is much cheaper than other hotels nearby and they offer breakfast in the morning, which I would say is a plus! |

| We went over Thanksgiving. The rooms were large. The pool was heated. The people at the front desk were wonderful. I had a problem with the person who sold me Sea World tickets in the lobby. They said that wasn't hotel related but they knew who to contact so he dialed the number I got the answer I wanted. The food at the Tiki bar was hot and good and much better than the pizza places in the neighborhood. |

| The front desk staff was friendly and quick. She did have a little trouble explaining the deposit that was required for the additional hotel tax. Don't worry, it is very small. But if you do not use the safe, be sure to tell them at checkout or they will charge you a couple of extra dollars for it.
The a/c was wonderfully efficient! As a hot-natured person, I was very impressed with the power it gave. In fact, it was cold when I first got there, so I had to turn it off for a few hours!
They were very generous with pillows and linens. I didn't have to ask for anything. My roommate loved the water pressure and the shower massage shower head.
I was able to park my car right in front of my room, which is a plus. I felt very safe, and I didn't hear any noise coming from outside the room. Could be the all-day park hopping, but I slept like a rock! Beds were comfy. And having a couch to sit on instead of the bed was a nice bonus.
Overall, I am delighted with my stay. Great for the money. I would even pay more for this room than I did. |

| We needed a place to stay for 1 night before heading into Disney. We were able to sleep 5, and it was clean and quiet. The price was right, and it was convenient to a food store and Route 4. Our kids even went in the pool for a quick dip. We would definitely stay there again under the same circumstances. |

| Six of us (2 adults and 4 kids) slept comfortably at this hotel. The pictures of the pool are slightly exaggerated in the picture and not as large as it looks. However, it was relaxing and the hot tub was very hot. Close to attractions and dining. Breakfast was great and rooms were decent. Would recommend for any family looking to save money on their stay in Orlando! |

| Good value. The room was a little cramped for 4 people but we did have what we wanted as far as a refrigerator, microwave, and free breakfast. The breakfast was chaotic though - need a better system for feeding people through the breakfast area. |
