| Air conditioner was quite loud and the traffic noise (if on the front of the building) was invasive, so request room in the back and not facing the very busy intersection. The bed was not the most comfortable either. Other than this, the staff was very helpful and the hotel and my room were both very clean. |

| Hotel clean enough. Bed not that comfortable. Convenient location and good staff. If you are a light sleeper, request a room at the back. Mine was facing the front and the street noise was pretty invasive. |

| My card was accidently charged twice but they immediately took care of it. They were very friendly and attentive to us while we were visiting my son at school. The girls at the front desk very helpful polite and courtious and i was extremely satisfied with my stay. I will definately be staying here next time i go up. |

| This hotel was comfortable and nice. They were under construction/re-model while we were there so things seemed slightly messy in the common areas. However it was very clean & quiet, there was just re-modeling stuff in the lobby (old TV’s, new trim, old furniture, new furniture, etc...). This entire means is that when we return, they will have all new rooms and accessories. My only complaint was that it is a Non-smoking property and there were some guests in the room across the hall smoking! Not a complaint on the hotel, but a complaint on the other guest. The front desk staff was very friendly & informative and extremely helpful when needed. It was a pleasant surprise to have such helpful college kids working the front desk!! |

| Good place to stay for the price. It is on the north side of Orlando so it is out of the park traffic if you are not going to Disney. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel is in need of updating. The hall carpets are worn and card readers are difficult to use. But for the money it is OK if you want to be on the North side near UCF or Oviedo. Breakfast is decent. |

| The only negative was the free breakfast. I had low expectations but this was bad. Quality of the food was very poor. |

| It offered additional amenities that I didn't even use, such as a fridge, microwave, sofa, and desk. There was complimentary computer access which came in handy since I did not have a laptop. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Service was stellar, and the hotel representatives were kind and friendly. However, it seemed like there was an event or celebration nearby and loud music was blaring through my window for many hours and the A/C unit was rather loud. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again if need be and recommend it to others. |

| Stayed here on a business trip. Needed to be close to UCF. The rooms were rather standard and decent. There was some wear and tear that one should expect being so close to a university. No real complaints and worth the price they charged. |
