| This was a wonderful Hotel, my husband myself, and our 2 kids stayed here for 3 days, and never had an issue. The staff was wonderful, made sure we had everything we needed, and were always kind and courteous. We actually decided to stay an additional day b/c of how great the time was, I would 100% stay at this hotel next time we visit Orlando again!!!! We had a great time, and were right across the street from Universal Studios. This hotel and our stay was great!!!!!!!! Will definitely come back!!!!! |

| The place was very nice. The beds were super comfortable after a long day at the parks. The convenience of the hotel to local restuarants was excellence. All types of food within 3-4 miles. Going back to Orlando in June and looking forward to booking another room here. |

| Great hotel at a great location close to Universal Studios. Friendly staff, free breakfast exceeded our expectations. Only criticism is that our air conditioner could have been a little more powerful (room was on the warmer side even when AC was on full blast). |

| The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, clean and affordable. The location is ideal if you want to go to Universal. It is also placed near many restaurants such as Ruby Tuesday's, T.G.I. Friday's and very close to Mall at Millenia. I've been here three times with my family and haven't been disappointed. |

| Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy in and out, close to everything. Price was reasonable. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. |

| Everything was outstanding - the service and hospitality, cleanliness, and rooms were great. They have a bus that goes to the nearby theme parks and you can walk (30 min) to Universal, but other than that it is really tough to get around anywhere! Taxis are super expensive, and there is no shuttle bus offered, that is my only complaint! |

| Huoneessa oli kaksi leveää sänkyä sekä vuodesohva. Vuodesohva oli iloinen yllätys, siinä oli mukava nukkua.
Huone sekä hotelli oli siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä.
Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan. Ei mitenkään erikoinen, ihan Ok.
Hotellilla oli ilmainen kuljetus Universalin alueelle. |

| We looked at tons of hotels in orlando and this one had the best rating in our price range. It totally lives up to its 4.6 rating and we will definitely stay there again when we are in Orlando. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable! |

| We have annual passes for Universal and tried several different hotels that are close to the park. We keep going back to this one. Nice hotel. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and there is space to move around in the room. The breakfast area is adequate and the food is better than the other hotels we have tried. Walking distance to the parks (if you choose to walk). We will definitely stay here again. |
