| The room felt damp all the time. When we unpacked at home the dampness was in the clothing. The shower/tub was not clean - the tub drained slowly so there was leftover scum about 3 inches up on the sides of the tub. The staff was fine. The food was good. I would not choose this hotel again as there are so many in the area. |

| Pretty nice for the price but the towels were gray (supposed to be white) and the parking lot was littered. Otherwise, everything was acceptable. |

| The hotel is in good condition. The staff is slow to respond, and only had two people on duty to get things done (for a five story hotel). Breakfast was ok, and the rooms were in decent shape. The neighborhood is a little rough, and the only places to eat nearby are fastfood places. On the plus side you're only a 5-10 minute drive from downtown. |

| Front desk staff and management were courteous. Breakfast was good. Hotel in general was clean. Had to move room at check in due to many stains on bed cover - ewww. Would have liked tissues in the bathroom. Had to move coffee maker in order to plug it in to use it. DO NOT go outside after dark - bad neighborhood. For the price it was satisfactory, but my experience with Comfort Inns in the past have been much nicer quality. Was going to use the pool/hot tub, but stuck my head outside to see them and the pool area reaked of sewage. |

| Our stay was nice we stayed 1 night Desk service was good, maid service was good, Nice pool, Spa was cold :-( Breakfast was great, and Free high speed internet |

| i enjoyed the breakfast. i also enjoyed the free access to the internet.
The hotel had a stale odor. The spa was broken and they lied and said it takes awhile to warm-up. Our room had mold on the floor near the window. |

| The room was a nice size and nicely loaded with amenities. Sofa was dirty but bed was comfortable. Hotel was sclean and neat. Continental breakfast was outstanding with waffle maker, cereal, fruit, danishes, muffins, and all kinds of breakfast drinks. |

| The bathroom was very small and the lighting was very dim. In our room the tv reception was very poor. But the breakfast and staff were very curtious. |

| We needed a hotel in or near Winter Park, this was a good choice. It was comfortable and quiet. Pool was nice, but hottub was not warm. I felt safe in the location, but would not walk around the neighborhood at night. |
