| This hotel is very convenient if you are staying one night. It's Right off I4 and easy to get to. We checked in without a problem but when we got to our room, one of the bed's sheets smelled awful - like someone had been smoking in the sheets, but worse. I called the front desk and they told me they didn't have housekeeping but she would give me new sheets. What?! I'm on vacation, I'm not changing sheets mysf. I asked if she could give us a different room and she said no, she could give us new sheets. She was apologetic about it, but I just didn't feel it was my place to have to change sheets. She eventually moved us to a new room but not without some hassle. This hotel is on need of some updating and it's cleanliness and customer service leave a little to be desired, but overall for one night, it was ok. |

| Didn't like the smell of Cigarrete at the time to walk in the Room,it was incomfort smell.Bathroom didn't have a place to put anything,just the sink no couter top.Respecting att. very good,and Breakfast very good. |

| Fiquei com meu marido 6 dias neste hotel e adoramos o atentimentos de todas as recepcionistas pois foram muito atenciosas e simpaticas ! Café da manhã superior aos outros que já fiquei em Orlando e ótima localidade. Gostei de tudo e voltaría com certeza.

| Daily breakfast was ok. Hotel is clean and located close to everything, but our beds were uncomfortable. Not sure if this is the case in every room. |

| Great location - once you find it. It sits just off International Drive and is easily accessed from Lake Sands Drive. Few motels would have easier access to I-4. It is an older motel in need of a face lift, but it was clean. The linens were not top quality, more in the OK category. Pillows were nice. The breakfast was above average with eggs, bacon and sausage available. Great value. |

| The Hotel was conveniently located around many restaurants and the Convention Center. I was dissapointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. I would suggest to charge alittle more but have the rooms smelling fresh and clean like home. |

| There were bedbugs. My wife was bitten more than one hundred times. In addition, there was no apology and no compensation. |

| Hotel is not new, but it´s in very good conditions.
Staff is very good and friendly.
Location could not be better if you into orlando atractions. |
