| I was worried when I read so many negative reviews about this place. After staying there for 5 days to attend a convention, I don't know what all the whinning was all about. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and and comfortable. Location from the convention center was about an 8 minute walk. Price was very fair. I would recommend this place to others and I would stay here again. |

| Excellent location, but pretty poor internet services. Had a lot of difficulty getting into the network at the hotel and even harder to get into the internet, making doing work difficult. |

| We were very pleased. We had 4 in the room and there were plenty of towels and pillows and the air conditioning was GREAT. |

| We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion near the Orlando Convention Center. All our expectations were met except the "included" breakfast. That particular breakfast consisted of approximately four items. To enjoy the other items available, there was a surcharge.No juice, fruit, or yogurt were available except some sliced apple wedges. Once we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere, our stay improved. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh despite the early warm temps and humidity outside this spring. |

| Beds were comfortable - rooms were clean - free breakfast wasn't wonderful (donuts/muffins/juice). You can purchase the "hot breakfast buffet" - that was worth it. was close to Universal Studios and Sea World - both easy to access. |

| I'm handicapped, and when I checked in my room was not ready, I had asked for an early check in. they kept switching my room ,and giving a room to other people that had checked in after me . there was no one to take my luggage to my room. I had to push the cart with 3 suitcases myself.
They put me in a room that was extremely far from the lobby, computer, and food service. I have MS, and my handicap is extreme fatigue and weak , sometimes numb legs and feet. This was by far the worst place for service that I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was good though. Upon departure they did get the maintenence guy to push my bags to the cab. |

| Man, me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at the Clarion Hotel. We will visit again next time we are in Orlando. |

| Check in folks were very friendly! However when I got to my room it was very musty and damp smelling. Determined the AC wasn't working. I called the desk, and they had maintenance there in 5 mins. After about 10 mins, they got it working. Again, staff was great.
I left the room to find dinner and coming back, expected the room to smell better, not the case. Cooler, yes, but still very musty.
I was to tired to fight getting another room so I did stay but unless they fix that problem, I don't recommend them. |
