| I stayed at this hotel for a seminar in downtown Orlando. While the rooms were clean and the overall state of the facility were good, there were two things that downgraded it in my mind. First, The neighborhood was not one to be out at night in. The other was the lack of a breakfast. A new diner had opened on site but was understaffed and it took 20 min to just place our order. I won't return and don't recommend it. |

| The Hall had an odor.
The Room- the Sleep timer on Remote did not work. Could not work the Bedside Clock - Timer
or Alarm. |

| Very good price, clean, friendly people at front desk. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling. The resteraunt was very slow only cooked one meal at a time, although food was good. Had a great stay. will stay again. |

| The front desk was helpful, the room and premises have been upgraded and well maintained. This hotel offers a good value for the price.
By contrast, I ended up staying a a different BW near the airport on my return thru Orlando and paid about 2X the price but didn't feel the value was comparable. |

| Hotel has been refurbished and the tiles look new.
The pool area and pool were clean and comfortable.
The restuarant had good breakfasts. The front desk and staff were friendly and accomodating. |

| To start with the location to the Citrus Bowl was perfect and within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the price was great Would stay their again if attending another game at the Citrus Bowl |

| They say that even in a not so good situation or environment customer service makes all the difference. Well they, who ever "they" are, are correct. This hotel is showing it's age, but seemed well taken care of. Everyone there was extreamly friendly even the locals who hung out at the lounge reguarly.
The big guy at the front desk was just the nicest and most helpful man I have met in a very long time. I wish I had taken his name down so I could send him a thank you card.

| If you are looking for just an overnight stay then you will be fine. If you are staying longer thn you need to find another hotel. You will not be happy with this one. Shabby room, dust all over the place. |
