Recent Best Western Universal Review: "We were checked in and treated very well. Our room was very clean. There was no iron. The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very helpful. The toilet ran, and they got maintenance on it right away. On our third day, the air conditioner went out and they changed us immediately to another room. The wireless internet did not work very well in either room, but it worked great in the lobby. This hotel is only a short distance to the Orange County Convention Center, which is where we had to be for a trade show. It is also only a hop, skip, and jump from Universal Studios. Overall a very pleasant experience, and we will stay there again."

| My only complaint was that this hotel shares parking with another hotel AND what is apparently a VERY busy Ale House. Their customers take up MOST of the parking spaces in the evening. You may have to park a ways away, grass fields, etc. |

| I was impressed the moment I laid eyes on the outside of the hotel. It was freshly painted and looked to have been newly renovated. The lobby was pleasure enough, as was the desk clerk. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. I would recommend this location, especially for the price! |

| The hotel itself was ok, clean, nice people , but the parking was terrible! The hotel is in a lot with all kinds of resturants and I think another hotel so the parking lot got full, fast. |

| The room was fine; however, it was on a non-smoking floor but when you exited the elevator, there was a very strong smoke smell... enough to be bothersome to those who are allergic. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the internet customer service representative attempting to get internet service; however, as soon as the service was restored, it failed again. This was disappointing and inconvenient. |

| Reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for Universal, plus many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. |
