| There were three things I did not like about our stay, the room had a very stail odor to it, the air conditioner was not cold, and the water temp. kept changing while bathing. overall, the staff was excellent, courteous and helpful. |

| Fast, friendly check-in. Clean rooms. Location not close to any restaurants. Nearest fast food is about 2 miles down the road. Single traveler with no problems. Does have doors to the outside instead of inside on a hallway |

| I was in town (Winter Garden" to go to a meeting and it just happened to be "moving in" weekend at UCF so there weren't any hotels closer to where I had to be so I reserved this hotel. Upon arrival the front desk was VERY helpful and polite. They were NOT the problem. Once I put the key in the door, the smell of "mold" or just plain stale smell was obvious. If it wasn't so darn hot out I would've kept the door open. It was clean and the upolstery appeared to be new, the bedding was sufficient but I made the mistake of walking on the rug without something on my feet. That was gross!! The bottom of my feet were grey-black from the dirt on the rug. The towels were dingy white and the toilet seat needed to be tightened. There was a 3' refrigerator in the room which I didn't use and the TV was ample size. It did have a nice pool with a jacuzzi outside. The breakfast was sufficient and offered something for everyone - fresh waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, biscuits w/ gravy and I think warm french toast sticks. I don't think that I would stay here again or recommend this hotel and that is only due to the smell of the room and location. I'm just happy that it was only me staying there and it was for one night. |

| My family went to the lobby to eat the continental breakfast.When we went to go back to our room to go to our Chrisitian meeting, we could not get back into our room due to something was wrong with the locking mechanism. It took almost 45 minutes before they could fix it so we can enter. This made us late for our meeting. The hotel staff did not care of our urgency, and never even apologize for the inconvience. The person who was working on the problem stated how much she hated the hotel. The whole thing was just a mess. I would not ever stay there again nor will I will refer anyone else there//"Locked Out" |

| The hotel itself was ok, people were very friendly,the service was good,a good deal for the money, but it was in a shady part of town. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone traveling alone. |

| One thing I look forward to, when staying at a hotel with this price range, Is an incredible shower. I didnt get it. the bed was very comfortable. Thats about all i can say. |
